What does a standard clean include?

All standard cleans automatically include:

Additional Rooms & Spaces

If you would like any additional rooms or spaces cleaned, they must be added as an extra room when booking. Please specify these in the notes section to ensure we meet your expectations. Additional spaces include but are not limited to:

  • Extra Bedrooms
  • Loft
  • Sitting Room
  • Office
  • Gym
  • Playroom
  • Den
  • Sunroom
  • Garage
  • Porch

For any rooms you do not want cleaned, please keep the door shut if possible. Our cleans are highly customizable, so you only pay for the rooms you need cleaned.

Post-Construction Cleaning

If your home has undergone recent construction, additional charges may apply due to the extra time required to clean drywall dust and sawdust. Please inform us in advance by noting this in your booking so we can bring the necessary tools and discuss any additional costs.

More Included Items

  • Dust windowsills, ceiling fans, and furniture in specified cleaning areas (based on scheduled bedrooms and fan accessibility)
  • Change bed linens if a clean set is provided on the bed; used sheets will be taken to the laundry area
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms from top to bottom, including baseboards
  • Kitchen cleaning: exterior of appliances, inside of microwave, kitchen counters, and spot-checking cabinets; oven and refrigerator interiors available as add-ons at checkout
  • Remove trash from bathrooms and bedrooms, moving it to the main trash
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors
  • Provide all necessary cleaning supplies. We use Aqua Chempacs, an eco-friendly, enzyme-based product line that is safe for all surfaces; bleach may be used in bathrooms if needed

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaning professionals have been trained personally by ownership and are fully insured. We have a strict hiring process and only select candidates we would trust in our own homes. Additionally, all of our cleaners are background checked and speak fluent English.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If you ever have concerns regarding your appointment, we will make it right. We stand behind our work 100% and will make sure that your concerns are alleviated. Customer service is the foundation of any business and we aim to keep every one of our amazing customers happy.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely!

We use the same payment processor as Amazon, Shopify, Google, Lyft, and more!

All of your data is encrypted and secure in the cloud.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Once you book your clean, we will send you an email to confirm your account. Once you click the link to confirm your email, it will invite you to create your account.

Do you service my area?

We currently provide services throughout Sussex County, Delaware, and Worcester County, Maryland. We are looking forward to expanding our reach to additional counties soon!

Do you offer deep cleaning or move in/out cleaning services?

Yes we do. As these jobs are all different in nature, we will need to do a free in person consultation before giving you a quote. If you’re interested in a deep clean or move in/out clean, please give us a call and we will be happy to help!

How much will it cost?

We strive to offer fair pricing to all of our customers. We will typically be less expensive than national brands, while providing a more comprehensive service. Discounts are offered based on the frequency of cleans as well. Our calculator on the homepage will give you a real time quote of pricing. We hope to work with you!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

Yes. All of our cleaning professionals bring their own supplies, products, and equipment to each clean!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! You can easily add on extras like cleaning the inside of your oven or fridge, dusting your blinds, cleaning your baseboards, and more. Simply select these tasks as add-ons during the booking process. It’s that easy!

What does a standard clean include?

  • Dusting windowsills, ceiling fans, and all furniture in selected cleaning areas.  (Based on the amount of bedrooms scheduled and accessibility of fans)
  • We are happy to change bed linens. We just ask that you leave a clean set on top of the bed you would like changed. We will take current sheets to the laundry area.
  • Bathrooms top to bottom including baseboards.
  • Kitchen includes the exterior of all appliances, inside of microwave, and kitchen counters. We also spot check cabinets. You can add inside of oven and refrigerator as upcharges during checkout.
  • Trash removal from bathrooms and bedrooms to the main trash.
  • All floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
  • We bring all of our own needed supplies to get the job done. We have partnered with Aqua Chempacks to provide our cleaners with an Eco Friendly Enzyme based cleaning line that is safe for all surfaces. The only place we might use bleach is in the bathroom if needed.
